A Superactive Life: The Art of Catching Magic

Hyperattention, Big feelings & A flight that felt like fate.

Having a superactive mind makes you more sensitive to everything. You pick up more. You notice more. Your brain races like a Formula One engine, non-stop—joining dots, reading the room, scanning for meaning. You see things that others miss. You feel more deeply. And sometimes, when the stars align, it all adds up to something magical.

Living with ADHD isn’t always easy—but days like today remind me why I wouldn’t change it for anything.

I was flying to Leipzig, just a regular work trip. Nothing special. Until I noticed the beautiful woman next to me was reading The Little Prince. Not scrolling, not half-reading—she was immersed in it. Slowly. Intentionally.

The Little Prince isn’t just a book to me. It’s a life compass. The line that guides me through almost everything is:
„On ne voit bien qu’avec le cœur.“
(„We only see well with the heart.)

I had that quote handwritten on a card from a special workshop(Thank you Heidrun🤗)—tucked in my Moleskine. I pulled it out and showed her. She smiled. We started to talk.

Turns out we had a ridiculous amount in common. Both backgrounds in logistics. Both heading to Leipzig for team-building. Both former oil and gas professionals. She’s Ukrainian—my stepcat(maybe we should forget this one😅) is too. Coincidence? Maybe. But it didn’t feel like one.

Then I noticed her tattoo. Small. On the side of her wrist. Unusual placement. I asked about it.
“It’s from Harry Potter,” she said.

Of course it was.

I laughed and pulled out my Moleskine again— a a Harry Potter special edition. Because if The Little Prince is my compass, Harry Potter is my reminder: to stay open to magic.
To see magic.
To be magic.
To let magic happen.

And the tattoo? Harry’s lightning bolt⚡️. Just happens to be my logo! A coincidence? Again—maybe. But my SuperActiveMind is far too romantic to believe that.

We kept talking. There was connection. Curiosity. Lightness. No pressure. Just synchronicity after synchronicity stacking up like breadcrumbs on a trail I was meant to follow.

That’s the gift of hyperattention. Of having a superactive mind. You don’t just walk through life—you tune into it. You catch the little sparks. The cosmic nudges. The poetic timing.

You catch the magic.

So here’s the reminder:
If your mind runs fast, let it.
If your feelings run deep, trust them.
If your attention pulls you toward something, follow it.
And when you feel the magic—don’t brush it off.

Catch it. Let it catch you back. Be magical✨️.
